Section 1

Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis of the agreement between users ("User" or "you") of the ab33 platform ("Platform") and ab33 ("we", "us"). These Terms govern all matters related to the provision of services in the Bangladesh market.

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

"Platform" refers to ab33's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
"Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which they access the platform's services.
"Bet" refers to the act of placing money on sports betting or casino games.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional offer provided by ab33.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use ab33's services. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play games on this platform. If a user registers with a false age, their account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration Terms

Each user may open only one account.
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify ab33 support immediately.
ab33 reserves the right to verify any account.

2.3 Prohibited Users

Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use ab33. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful from their location.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ab33 supports transactions only through the following mobile banking methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
Nagad — Mobile wallet service by the Postal Department.
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, identity verification or security checks may require additional time.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on ab33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no currency conversion facility on this platform.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ab33 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
If you deposit ৳32,000, due to the maximum limit you will receive a ৳15,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not to the deposit or total balance.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotional term states otherwise.
ab33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If a user operates multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, all accounts will be closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting and casino games on ab33:

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, ab33 reserves the right to void that bet.
In the event of a technical disruption to any game result, ab33 will determine the outcome after verification.
Suspicious betting activity conducted using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously is prohibited.

5.2 Special Sports Betting Terms

The following terms apply to betting on all sports events, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and basketball:

Odds displayed before an event starts may change — the final odds will be those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, the decision regarding that bet will be made in accordance with ab33's policy.
ab33 has the final decision on whether to accept or reject a bet on the live betting service.

5.3 Casino Games

ab33 offers games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.

VIP Program & Cashback

ab33's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

7.1 General User Responsibilities

By using the ab33 platform, you agree to ensure the following:

You will place bets only for yourself and for entertainment purposes.
All information you provide is true and accurate.
You will not bet beyond your means.
You will not attempt to harm ab33's property, services, or other users.

7.2 Strictly Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
Strategically abusing bonus or promotional benefits (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
Hacking, introducing viruses, or injecting malicious code into the platform's software.
Collecting other users' personal information without permission.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by ab33

ab33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Participation in the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
Providing false or misleading information.
Filing legal threats or complaints against the platform.
Under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability

Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
Loss caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
Temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical errors.
Loss resulting from a user entering incorrect login credentials or passwords.

If you continue to use ab33 after any changes, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated terms and conditions. If any part of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the original version. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version will prevail.
